What is all this hullabaloo about 42 days detention for terror suspects?

I would suggest 420 days is probably closer to what is needed, and I firmly believe its only the vocal portion of the populace who are bemoaning the issue; everyone I know would welcome an undefined period of detention, if there was a tangible reason to do so.

The problem with the government is their lack of testicles; if you want to haggle over something you need to do it properly, not whimper and fumble along like a blinded guidedog. The blind leading the blind is just pathetic to observe.
