Rimes of an Indian

After the dismal performance at Anfield against Everton, where once again Liverpool have lost points at home - another 2 pts dropped-that makes it 10pts now by my reckoning, its time to accept that the Liverpool bubble has well and truly burst. These are the facts Rafa, Liverpool not won since Boxing Day away at Newcastle - FACT.  We have not had enough goal scoring opportunities or deserved to win any of the games since then - FACT. United have got the momentum and are playing like champions - FACT. Fergie has got one over Benitez - FACT.

 Add all of those facts up Rafa and its simple really.. Liverpool did a decent job of staying at the top for 7 weeks but barring an absolutely bizarre and quite miraculous turn of events, this title race looks to be between United and Chelsea. The difference is minute - the other two know how to win when playing bady..called winning ugly. To make matters worse , after putting ina dismal performance at home again, Gerrard once again conjured up another magical strike to give the Reds the lead,but shockingly negative tactics once again proved to be the undoing and another 2 pts dropped. I believe Rafa you have been a great servant to the club. I thank you immensely for giving us belief and pride back after Istanbul and the cup success as well as great runs in the Champions League. But ever since that rant, you have lost the plot and are losing focus. Fergie has most definitely been playing this game far too long and has used his experience to wind you up. A manager without focus is never the best thing and it has now fallen onto the players who apart from Gerrard and brief flashes from Torres were pathetic. Keane was never involved and once again substituted.-theres a waste of 20million, the very fact that there were no strikers on the pitch in the last 7 mts when we should be trying to win the game says it all.- this team has lost its way just like the manager. Everton for their part played tough and hung in there and will righly enjoy the draw - a point gained indeed. Poor foul conceded and even worse defending.

Ok so once again just to summarise Rafa - FACT United are top with a game in hand.  They will probably extend lead to 3 pts and look the strongest team of the lot once again to take the title and get to number 18  - more FACT than liverpool s title hopes which were further damaged and quite conceivably lost tonight.
