Hello everyone - wow - 4 months away from my blog *says sorry to his blog and everyone reading*

It's been a busy 4 months - and lot's has happened; i'll re-cap some of the highlights for you all to enjoy!  1) Me and Em went to her end of school ball and had a great time; 2) Em moved in; 3) Me and Em went on holiday to Jersey and had a week of sun, sea and sand and both got lovely tans; 4) Me and Em lived through "the great flood of Gloucestershire 2007" and went without running water for almost three weeks (we just went down to Bristol to Fitness First (a gym) a few times and sent a weekend at my brothers); 5) Me and Em went to a work do, where I met Chris Barrie (from Red Dwarf, Brittas Empire etc) and had a nice chat with him - he's a lovely bloke; 6) Me and Em went for a romantic break to celebrate two years together; 7) My brother and his boyfriend sent the date for their "wedding" (civil partnership); 8) We had (after alot of hassle) our bathroom re-fitted and it looks lovely (although there are still a few things wrong); 9) Em started Uni and is having a great time; and finally:

10) Me and Em have set our date for our wedding: Saturday 5th September 2009

It's been a mad and crazy 4 months!  Hopefully i'll blog again soon.  Just time for some questions: 1) What was you fav moment from Summer 2007 (note in the UK there was no such thing as "summer" this year and me and Em came back from Jersey to a flooded England) and 2) Thinking of Christmas yet?

It's been a month since I last blogged and there is alot to tell!  I would do this in pictures but that can wait for my next blog methinks - as I need to upload the pictures to the laptop and, well, i'm hungry and hence feeling lazy.

While i've been "away" from blog land me and Em have: been to London, seen Spamalot and gone on the London Eye; moved Em into my house so once she's done her exams (they end next Wednesday) she will be living with me (YAY!); done lots to the house - this includes changing the dishwasher, changing our bedroom and getting new furniture, changing the way the frontroom door opens, the garden and a new TV/TV stand - soon there will be a new bathroom as well.  Also me and Em are now off on holiday in July to Jersey - should be great fun!

I now have a 32" S model HD Sony Bravia TV in my frontroom and will soon have a HD V+ box as well.  In the bedroom I have a 20" S model HD Sony Bravia TV and will soon have the Virgin Media box that's currently downstairs!

Anyway - a bigger update will be here soon...

I think thats the most interesting title i've had for a while...

After a week of not going to the gym due to my left shoulder I have realised that going to the gym is good in many ways - one of which being making me less stressed.  Hence I am back going to the gym but am trying to lessen the strain on my left shoulder.

The weekend was good (bar me being stressed) and the highlights included: watching 28 Weeks Later (good film and worth a watch); taking Em to the theatre to see Twelfth Night (an all male performance which was weird yet very good) and drinking wine.  Oh and eating fruit pastels/tooty fruities/fruit gums with Em.

The countdown before Em "moves in" is down to 8 days, although she will still be going back for exams and some revisson sessions during June.  Another countdown is to mine and Em's first holiday together once she has moved in - which is 10 days away.  We are planning to spend the week sorting out the house and Em will be revising.  Hopefully we will be off on holiday in July for a week to Italy or Greece.

Talking sorting out the house - I have plans for mine and Em's bedroom, the front room and the bathroom.  I'm looking forward to getting the place a little more "homely" with a nice touch from Em as well.

Oh - and me and Em are planning an engagement party for the summer!

I have a pinched nerve in my left shoulder and i've been told that I shouldn't do any lifting or pulling with my left arm and I have been told not to go to the gym or do DIY/gardening for a few eeks.  Doh!  And it hurts a bit at the moment.

The weekend was good fun and relaxing - although my bathroom quotes were a little over the £2000 I expected.  £3000 for a new bathroom - who'd have thought, eh?!

Me and Em had a nice time relaxing and chilling.  We did Yoga again and I did a Sunday lunch (in the evening) on Sunday.

Not long until Em moves in!  Just about 2 weeks now and i'm all excited.  I have given all my draws to Em (bar one for my pants and socks) so a new wardrobe is required...

Woh there weekend - where did you goto?  I think you can guess from that statement that my weekend flew by - although it was nice as it was spent with Em as normal however I wasn't a well Chris on Saturday (an infection) and I don't think it's cleared up yet.  My shoulder is still playing me up as well - although I have got a physio appointment now on Friday through my health insurance and so it should start to get better soon.

Anyway - I can't complain as I had some excellent news last week and some more this weekend.  Me and Em are planning a new bathroom and it looks afordable.  We have a few compaines coming to plan, design and quote on Friday and Saturday (all for free!).  Em has exam leave in a few weeks so she might be down a little more then normal and then in less then four weeks she is moving in - yay!

My house is in need of a damn good clean though.  There is a Bank Holiday Monday this weekend so I think that I will be able to clean the house while Em revises and in-between the bathroom quotes.  Also the garden needs attention as well.  Then on the Bank Holiday Monday me and Em are off to her parents early to clean her room and move out some more of her stuff.
