Feathers with frogs on. How cool is that?

Some Jokes
What holiday is strictly observed by all birds?
Feather's Day!
What did the parrot say when she fell in love with the frog?
Polly wants a croaker!
Sitting on a branch overlooking the parking lot, the pigeons watched as a Mercedes pulled
in below them. "What do you think?" one bird said to the other. "Should we put a deposit on that car?"
RIP 20Six
I've just deleted my first ever blog.
It's quite a sad moment for me.
For those of you who have abandoned blogs in the past, how long did it take for you to delete them?

I just had a lovely rant about estate agents over on WordPress. During my rant I created a Mr Man to represent the smarmy git who is my estate agent. I thought I'd share the link to the Make Your Own Mr Men site.

Please share your creations.

"13 things you would do if you suddenly won the lottery" as suggested by the ever so clever and super strong Michelle.
This is a tricky one for me because I live such a perfect, charmed life that I want for nothing. Honestly.
- Pay off my mortgage.
- Get tutors for the kids and for me.
- Pay off my friends' mortgages.
- Buy a huge house to live in with annexes for family members who are getting on a bit or just like to visit. It needs to have lots of land for the horses.
- Buy some horses.
- Leave a £1000 tip for the first person to give excellent service in their job.
- Buy a book shop.
- Quit working for other people.
- Buy Chinese food every night just to see how long it takes for The Hildy to get sick of it.
- Learn lots of different languages starting with French, German, Japanese and Italian.
- Travel the world. All of it.
- Fund an Atheist School where only Atheist's are allowed to attend just so I can annoy the Catholic School down the road and get in the papers for being a git.
- Buy lots of houses and let homeless people live in them rent free.
MicroSith
The Dark Lord of the MicroSith has struck again. No, not the new Pope but Bill Gates.

Did you know that when you purchase a new PC with an OEM license of Office 2007 on it you don't get an Office installation CD.
That's right. No installation CD.
This means that when your PC crashes or gets infected with the latest icky bad and naughty virus and you have to perform a fresh install you will lose the installation of Office and won't be able to reinstall it without buying a new version (at twice the original price) or taking it to a "system builder" and paying them to install it for you.
What rotters. I think MicroSith are even greedier than estate agents.
Darwin Awards
Darwin Awards are running a competition to get people to create videos of favourite awards or urban myths. If only I had any talent at this sort of thing then I'd be straight in with an amusing film about the woman who got her arm ripped off my a tiger while demonstrating that you shouldn't put your arm in the tiger cage. That's my personal favourite honourable mention.
Here's the link ==> http://darwinawards.com/video/
Does anyone have any talent for making short films or amusing cartoons?
Anyone?
OK, what's your favourite Darwin Award?

I particularly enjoyed the bit about him giving away all his clothes.
Reading
I am supposed to go to Reading for an Open University Day School next Saturday (12th May) but it's Reading and I've hated Reading since I lived there as a kid.
The question is: Do I face my past, travel to Reading and go to the day school (possibly seeing Nags, Diva and other persons of repute while I'm there) or do I have a lie in and read the course notes on line?
